Day 02:Day in Kathmandu. Explore UNESCO heritage sites. Sightseeing in Bhaktapur, Bauddhanath and Pashupatinath. Overnight at Hotel
After breakfast in Hotel, our guide will lead you major UNESCO heritage sights. we cover one biggest hindu temple, another biggest Buddhist temple and one oldest Durbar squire. Bhaktpur Durbar squire, biggest Buddhist stupa Bauddhanath and biggest Hindu temple Pashupatinath. come back to Hotel and overnight
Day 03:Fly or drive to Pokhara. celebrate Christmas Eve and overnight at Hotel 915 miters
Pokhara is 200 kilometer from Kathmandu. It normally take 7 hours in drive and 25 minutes in flight. Lake side of Pokhara is tourist hub to celebrate Christ Eve. Restaurants and hotels are decorative for Christmas and offer attractive program, package for Christmas. not only foreigners, there are Nepalese Christian, Hindu, Buddhist are celebrating this festival.
Day 04:Drive to Lwang Village (2 Hours from Pokhara). Explore around and overnight at home stay 1,550 miters
Stay at Pokhara up to late morning. After breakfast, drive to Lwang village which is about 2 hours drive with jeep. Lwang village is typical home stay village at the bottom of Himalayas. Hiking around the village, visit tea garden. Evening dinner in local home.
Day 05:Trek to Landruk (6/7 Hours) Overnight at local tea house 1,620 miters
Day of trekking inside dense forest and stunning view of Moount Fishtail, Annapurna south and Himchuli. Trekking first to Mardi Himal route and turn to Landruk village. Take break for lunch and tea in warm welcomed places. Entire day is scenic with mountain view, landscape and local typical villages.
Day 06:Trek to Ghandruk (6 Hours) overnight at local tea house 1,950 miters
After your breakfast in local tea house, start walking towards Madi river. The first section of trekking from Landruk village to the river is downhill and immediately uphill after crossing river bridge. after 3 hours of serious steep walk, reach at big Gurung village Ghandruk. Visit Gurung museum, walking around the village and overnight at typical at house.
Day 07:Trek to Tadapani (5 Hours) Overnight at local tea house 2,500 miters
The morning view with the sunrise in the mountain from Ghandruk village is just a beautiful. after breakfast, we start to trek to Tadapani. Short trekking through dense forest with the up and flat hill reach at Tadapani. Annapurna mountain range is scenic during whole day. Tadapani is the main junction for trekkers to Annapurna base camp, Ghorepani Punhill and Ghandruk.
Day 08:Trek to Ghorepani (6 Hours) Overnight at local tea house 2,860 miters
Trek down towards Ghorepani through Rhododendron forest with small villages on the way. Trekking path today is easy ups and down. Ghorepani is the big village in the bottom of Pun Hill (3,200 miters) we also can hike to Poonhill for sunset view if weather is clear and can see good Himalayan views.
Day 09:Hike to Poonhill (1 Hour) at early in the morning and trekking down to Tikhedhunga. Overnight at local tea house 1,480 miteres
Early in the morning hike to Poon Hill. It is 3,200 miters height to see sunrise views and Panoramic mountains. Mount Fishtail, Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and other Himalayan rages are stunning from here. Among them, Annapurna I and Dhaulagiri are over 8000 miters mountain. Hike back to Ghorepani for breakfast. Trek down to Tikhedhunga and overnight at tea house
Day 10:Trek back to Nayapool (4 Hours) and drive back to Pokhara (1 and Half hours). Celebrate new year eve. Overnight at Hotel
About 4 hours trekking back to Nayapool. It is easy trekking through small village and flat trekking trails. Catch our private car drive back to Pokhara. check in hotel and celebrate New year eve. Day 11:Drive or fly back to Kathmandu, free time and overnight at Hotel 1,450 miteres
Option to take 6/7 hours driving back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Either with regular tourist bus or by private car. Another option is to fly back Kathmandu. It is only 25 minutes and flights are available from morning till late afternoon. Free time at Kathmandu
