Bike on Hire
We provide a bike on rent for this tour. Bullet (Royal Enfield) 500cc is much suitable for this tour. Newly arrived Enfield Himalayan is another choice to rent. Renting cost is about 50 US Dollars per bike per day. There will be a mechanic in the entire tour. Back up transportation always follows during riding. The first day of riding is in Kathmandu valley to make you used to your bike. Tour enters directly at Lhasa also has options to hire a bike in Lhasa. There are very limitations of hiring bikes in Lhasa, so getting early confirmation is required.
Documents require
Passport scan copy by email and your international license is the main documents we need to get a Tibet permit. We also need a blue book on the bike to get a permit for a bike. Ata least a month before, we apply for permission. Once you arrive at Kathmandu, we need an original passport and a pp size of the picture to get final approval (Tibet Visa) from the Chinese Embassy Kathmandu. Tour starts from Lhasa and ends at Lhasa have different procedure of documentation.
