Lwang village reach from pokhara driving by private or local jeep which takes about 2 hours. From that place you can have trek to Mardi Himal which will be the shortest route for you if your destination is to Mardi Himal. Itinerary of Lwang Home Stay program
Day 01: Drive Pokhara to Lwang Village. (2 Hours) Overnight stay at community home stay. After breakfast in Hotel, drive with private jeep from pokhara to Lwang. We choose to stay one of the Gurung community house with their family. Undisturbed views of Mount Fishtail and beautiful view of Pohara valley. Meals are made up local style freshly from their garden. Involve activity of village walking.
Day 02: Participant in village activities, visit Tea garden, Cannoning site and overnight at community home stay. Visit organic tea garden, Cannoning site. Participant in regular activities by local peoples. Feeding and milking cattle, churning yogurt, try to be a local by wearing their typical customs, observe their daily work, may be involve in their kitchen to help preparing food.
Day 03: Departure to Pokhara after your breakfast in community home.
